The Action Sports Industry is slowly establishing itself as a cornerstone of American culture. We are serious about the development and progression of our industry.  

Progression begins with the athlete. The energy, individualism, talent, and expression of action sports athletes are what drive the progression of the sports. By adding structure to the progression, each individual athlete is given a better opportunity to succeed. With each individual success the industry broadens and its development becomes more structured. 

At ICON we provide a solid foundation for the athlete to develop their skills and establish relationships within the industry. We work directly with the athlete and their sponsors to maximize their career opportunities. We create marketing strategies based upon each individuals unique talents, goals, and visions.  We handle all business aspects of a busy career and balancing a hectic travel schedule, so the athlete is able to focus on their goals and their progression. 

By working collectively with our partners, we build bridges for our athletes that span the globe.  It is a blessing to have networks of diverse and talented friends all over the world that have the same passions. Although each individual  is unique, we all share some common ground; love of our lifestyles and our industry, and devotion to living our dreams.
